Gastritis or Tear

The doctors said today that I have acute gastritis...probably from all the vomitting I did during trials? I don't know. Yesterday I woke up and vomitted so I thought maybe I haven't recovered from the fever, but this morning I vomitted again and uh it was mixed with what looked like blood. So I thought there MUST be something wrong. Visited the family doctor briefly and he said its either a tear in the stomach lining or gastritis...hopefully its the former and not the later :(

But yea...just wanted to make it clear that I AM sick T_T and not jigging.
