The Fruity Challenge

Starting from Sunday, I'll be undergoing a 7 day challenge called The Fruity Challenge. Basically it's a challenge where you're only allowed to each ALL-NATURAL and organic foods.

The Fruity ChallengePaving your way to a healthy future
Start the 7 Day challenge now!

The Challenge: Eat healthy and organic (no preservative, packaging, processed or spiced) for one week! A list of foods allowed has been provided for you.

Allowed foods:

  • Fresh fruits (i.e apples, bananas, peaches, grapes)
  • Fresh vegetables (i.e celery/carrot sticks, lettuce, tomato)
  • Organic milk (dairy and no flavouring)
  • Water
  • Fruit juices (freshly squeezed only)
  • Fresh nuts (i.e almonds)
  • Boiled eggs (soft boiled, microwave etc
Banned foods:
  • Processed foods (canned fruits, chips, spam etc.)
  • Foods with packaging (bottled fruit juice etc.)
  • Soft Drinks
  • Fast food (KFC, McDonalds, Nandos, Oporto etc)
  • Salad dressing
  • Bread or other foods with carbohydrates (pasta, noodles)
  • Junk foods/Candy (chocolate etc.)
  • Alcohol
  • Meat, poultry or seafood
  • Foods with spices (salt, pepper, sugar)
Note
  1. When you are hungry and in need of filling foods, consume foods of high density such as: bananas, milk, nuts and eggs
  2. When drinking water, drink warm water instead of cold water because warm water is heavier and will fill your stomach up faster
  3. Terminate the challenge immediately when you feel nauseous or sick in any way
  4. Seafood is not allowed however fresh seaweed or raw fish (sashimi) may be consumed if hunger persists after consuming fruits)
Okay, so that's it :D
Good luck to me...let's just see how long I'll LAST.
